Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities would include supervising back-end departments (HR, IT, accounting), ensuring compliance with internal policies, tracking KPIs, and managing facility budgets.

• Oversee end-to-end back-office functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
• Recruit, train, and mentor administrative, IT, and operational staff.
• Manage workforce schedules, intraday staffing, and performance reviews.
• Bridge the communication gap between back-office support and front-office or executive teams.

• Process and track vendor invoices, payroll, and daily transaction activities.
• Enforce corporate compliance frameworks, internal controls, and data security standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, and office facility management.
• Oversee the maintenance of database records, filing systems, and data analytics.
• Partner with the IT department to integrate technology upgrades, software solutions, and security enhancements.
