We are seeking a Manager to join our Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the execution of our integration, assisting in the migration of Personal Loans servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle systems to a third-party platform. You will partner closely with engineering teams, business analysts, and vendor counterparts to ensure servicing integrations are built and performing accurately.

Specific responsibilities related to servicer integration and project management include:

• Execution Support:
  Assist in driving phases of the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation, servicer integration requirements, and support the design of back-office processes.
• Operational Validation:
  Partner with the team to perform rigorous operational validation, ensuring that new processes / system integrations function as intended before and during cutover windows.
• Documentation & Governance:
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure full audit-readiness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks that arise during the conversion process.
• Communication & Reporting:
  Create transparency across the workstream by maintaining status trackers, preparing reporting materials, and highlighting vendor performance metrics for project leadership.
• Issue Resolution:
  Support the triage of integration issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day tasks remain on track to meet aggressive delivery milestones.
