Our client, a growing and internationally focused organization, is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll operations across North America. This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on payroll professional who enjoys partnering with Finance and HR teams. In this role, you will independently manage U.S. and North America payroll for approximately 250+ employees. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. payroll regulations, including federal, state, and local tax compliance, along with a strong understanding of multi-jurisdiction payroll processes and general accounting principles.

The team is looking for someone who has demonstrated success in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ideally within a high-growth fintech, technology, or global organization. Experience leading or supporting a payroll system implementation would be a significant advantage, as the company is currently implementing ADP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving efficiencies, establishing best practices, and taking true ownership of their function.

The organization offers a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary and a bonus in RSUs. The position is fully remote; however, candidates should be comfortable traveling to the NYC office approximately once per month and the possibility of perhaps going in 2 days a week in the future.
