Operations Partner

• Drive operational excellence and performance across franchise organizations within a designated market
• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance and develop profitability and efficiency plans
• Conduct comprehensive franchisee business reviews covering operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and development obligations
• Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to create actionable improvement strategies
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and other brand standards
• Execute system-wide initiatives including equipment certifications, training programs, and operational protocols
• Implement and oversee corrective action plans
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Technology teams on initiatives, product launches, and process improvements
• Provide coaching and targeted training focused on leadership development and operational skills
• Onboard new franchisees and assist with expansion site preparation
• Track KPIs including ACR, SOS, and OSAT and develop data-driven insights
• Implement continuous-improvement action plans tailored to franchise needs
• Review performance metrics with franchisees and develop growth strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in multi-unit management within QSR, retail, or a similar industry
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and improve financial and operational metrics
• Root-cause problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with franchisees and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with data analytics tools is an asset
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends

Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze and improve operational metrics. Proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR or retail industry, focusing on operational excellence and franchisee collaboration.
