We are seeking a commercially minded analyst who will learn how to run strategic marketing for a technical manufactured product business.
In this role you will take market data, customer information, competitive intelligence, supply-chain information, financial information and input from sales/operations/technical stakeholders and turn it into commercial insight that helps leadership make decisions.
This role will have lot of room for growth within an established manufacturer whose products support a variety of military and industrial applications. The hiring manager isn't looking for someone who already knows everything about the industry. They're looking for a bright, curious professional who learns quickly, asks good questions, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial marketing.
You’ll work directly with an experienced business leader and gain exposure to product management, business strategy, market intelligence, sales support, and customer engagement.
What you’ll be doing :- Collecting and organizing market intelligence and competitive information
- Developing presentations and commercial support materials
- Working with sales, operations, product development, and leadership teams
- Helping identify market trends and customer opportunities
- Supporting new product initiatives
- Attending industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade shows
- Learning how strategic marketing influences product growth and business decisions
- Approximately 2-5 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with manufactured products, industrial materials, engineered products, or similar technical markets
- Exposure to government, defense, aerospace, military, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across departments
