Maintain continuity as work progresses into follow-on InSource offerings and longer-term support. Conduct periodic governance reviews to track value realization and sustain executive sponsorship.

- Business Case and Executive Communication: Translate operational opportunities into executive-ready business cases that quantify value, investment requirements, assumptions, and success measures. Build prioritized roadmaps identifying platform, foundational, and organizational requirements. Produce concise, defensible deliverables and facilitate decision-oriented sessions with executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage Continuous Improvement, Organizational Change Management, solution architecture, and other specialist resources when required. Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Client Success, Managed Services, and partner teams to deliver comprehensive client outcomes.
- Delivery Methodology and Practice Development: Partner with the Practice Leader to develop and refine a repeatable engagement methodology. Create and improve workshop guides, assessment tools, readiness scorecards, business case models, and quality standards.
