Operations Advisor

We are currently seeking an Operations Advisor to join our winning team in Richmond, Virginia. You will be joining a group of professionals who offer continuous support, training, and customer care to our franchisees and the clients they service.

Jani-King provides high-quality commercial cleaning services to hundreds of clients throughout the RVA area. Our franchise owners are central to the company’s success and are known for their professionalism and dedication to the janitorial services they provide.

The Operations Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA, supporting the operational success of Jani-King franchise owners and client accounts. This position oversees day-to-day cleaning service delivery, monitors quality standards, and ensures compliance with company procedures and client expectations. As the Operations Advisor, you'll collaborate with franchise owners to improve efficiency, address operational challenges, and implement best practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, reviewing performance metrics, assisting with budgeting and cost controls, and providing clear communication between franchise owners, clients, and internal teams. The role also involves site visits, issue resolution, and ongoing guidance to help franchisees maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee service delivery, coordinate initiatives, and improve processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret performance data, support budgeting, and manage cost-effective operations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with franchise owners, clients, and internal stakeholders, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in operations, facilities services, or commercial cleaning is beneficial, along with a valid driver’s license for local travel.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in an operations advisory or supervisory role.
