In BC&P, we are looking for a product manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. About the role:

The lead intelligence product manager will drive the execution for transforming how Capital One acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data. Today, our prospect pipeline relies on manual batch processes and fragmented lead channels; the lead intelligence product manager will partner with engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered lead intelligence data pipeline. In this role, the product manager will partner closely with data science, field analytics, field sales, and marketing to transition our go-to-market data engine from current state into a continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue—delivering high-intent, verified prospect context to relationship managers and downstream digital channels.

Basic qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems or a related quantitative field), business or marketing

• Or
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of product management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
