- Manage health, wellness, voluntary benefit, and vendor programs including clinics, pharmacies, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, mental health, family support, musculoskeletal, executive physical, and commuter benefits
- Build trust-based relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners
- Monitor vendor adherence to service-level agreements and performance guarantees
- Execute vendor management tasks with Enterprise Supplier Management to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Manage on-site clinic staffing access and campus physical access
- Analyze vendor data and recommend plan or program improvements
- Maintain vendor issue logs and drive timely resolution of escalations
- Manage annual program implementation changes, including testing
- Handle day-to-day plan administration
- Maintain internal intranet pages, benefit information, FAQs, and resources
- Own complex tier-3 employee escalations and investigate root causes
- Oversee the monthly benefits and wellbeing newsletter and related communications plan
- Support RFPs and RFIs, evaluate vendor bids, and participate in stakeholder reviews
- Stay current on benefits products, industry innovations, and regulatory changes
- Author and maintain standard operating procedures for vendor management and escalation workflows
- Ability to work independently and drive work forward with internal and external partners
- Experience or capability in vendor management and governance
- Ability to monitor SLAs and performance guarantees
- Ability to manage vendor compliance, risk assessments, and data share requests
- Ability to create analytics and use benchmarking data for program improvements
- Ability to manage benefit plan administration and implementation changes
- Ability to resolve complex, tier-3 employee escalations
- Ability to support RFP and RFI processes, evaluate vendor bids, and participate in stakeholder reviews
- Knowledge of benefits products, industry innovations, and regulatory changes
- Ability to author and maintain standard operating procedures

Demonstrates expertise in vendor management, compliance, and benefits program administration, with a strong focus on analytics and performance monitoring. Capable of building relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners while driving program improvements and managing escalations.
