Workforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Workforce Management Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Infor Workforce Management SaaS to translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.

• Gather and document requirements for time and attendance, workforce scheduling, labor tracking, leave, overtime, exceptions, approvals, and reporting.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define efficient future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Infor WFM configuration analysis, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with business users, HR, payroll, application owners, technical teams, and Infor/vendor resources.
• Lead functional testing, defect validation, UAT coordination, business readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Maintain requirements traceability, configuration documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Ensure solutions align with standard Infor capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.

• Hands-on business analysis experience with Infor Workforce Management or Workbrain.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll interfaces, labor rules, and approval workflows.
• Experience working with Infor SaaS, preferably across both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, functional testing, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or other shift-based workforce operations is preferred.
• Business Analysis, Agile, Product Owner, or Infor certification is desirable.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
