Answer incoming calls and assist in placing outgoing calls;
Respond to code phone, code computer or wall panel alarms which takes priority over other calls;
Monitor fire panel alarms, wall alarms, code phone and code computer and notify appropriate personnel when needed;
Pages on web-based paging system and switchboard for authorized personnel, physicians and emergency calls;
Documents vital information to assist supervisor in maintaining current files with the daily PBX operations
