Senior Director, Product Management- Customer Contactability

The Customer Identity and Core team (CIC) is part of Capital One’s Enterprise Product and Experience organization. The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses and devices, enabling access to the company’s customer experiences, providing customer and business intelligence, and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security.

The products built by our team are foundational for creating seamless customer experiences, keeping customer financial well-being safe and secure, and unlocking business growth by providing a full picture of each unique human Capital One serves. We are building a platform to connect all human, business and device data in real time to support the entire customer journey for Capital One.

As Senior Director of Product for Customer Contactability, you will serve as the strategic architect of the enterprise-wide platform governing customer email, phone, and address data touch points. In this high-visibility role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and governance model to deliver scalable, self-service contactability capabilities across all lines of business. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive human-centered, risk-mitigated outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
