Project Manager Assistant

Davis & Green is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Manager Assistant to support our electrical construction team.

This is a full-time, in-office position with an opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career with Davis & Green.

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of electrical construction projects

• Assist with AIA billing, SOV preparation, submittals, closeouts, and contract-related documentation

• Maintain accurate and organized project records

• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members

• Help maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines

• Provide excellent customer service and follow through on assigned responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, accountable, and solutions-oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Construction or job-cost software experience is a plus

• Experience with AIA billing, SOVs, submittals, and closeouts is a plus

• Electrical and/or construction project administration experience is a plus but not required
