The Transformation Manager – Integrated Program Office will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving company-wide change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, enable innovation, and support long-term business objectives. This role will oversee the transformation portfolio, optimize program management processes and tools, and deliver executive-level reporting to inform decision-making and governance.

• Strategic Program Leadership:
  Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business priorities, and value realization targets.
• Portfolio Governance & Optimization:
  Establish and refine portfolio management processes to improve initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking across the transformation landscape.
• Program Management:
  Provide guidance, leadership and transformation support for execution and shorten time to value through waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Tool Strategy & Enablement:
  Evaluate, implement, and optimize program and portfolio management and execution tools to support scalable execution, data integrity, and user adoption across business units.
• Executive Reporting & Insights:
  Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program health, portfolio performance, and strategic alignment; deliver insights to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment:
  Partner with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and transformation teams to define program objectives, manage interdependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Change Enablement:
  Lead change management efforts including communications, training, and engagement strategies to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Proactively identify risks and issues across the portfolio; develop mitigation strategies and elevate critical items to leadership as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance capabilities, and accelerate transformation outcomes.
• Organizational Support:
  Provide financial management for the Office of the CIO and manage licensing and vendors for Portfolio and Program Management tools and resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA
• Demonstrated experience with bi-modal delivery required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a focus on enterprise transformation
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
