We are looking for Family Hub casual workers to support the Family Hub, Best Start In Life teams across both Kingston and Richmond, providing front of house administration duties, leading creches, rhyme times and being part of stay and play sessions for parents and their children.
The role is a zero hour contract.
Responsibilities- Support the provision of a range of sessions, activities and events in the Centres to promote opportunities for children and their families to engage proactively.
- Ensure that children are in a safe environment by complying with all policies, procedures and standards relevant to the setting, ensuring that safety and hygiene standards are high and undertaking risk assessments as agreed.
- Provide environments that are welcoming and supportive to all children, young people and their parents and carers attending the sessions. Setting up activities and resources at the beginning and clearing away at the end of every session.
- Delivering our programme working closely with other colleagues and professionals, utilising a wide range of play equipment and resources.
- Provide front of house meeting and greeting visitors, families and other professionals. General administration tasks including answering telephone calls, email enquiries, data input and ensuring the reception and general building is kept clean and tidy

Qualifications- NVQ L3 or equivalent in a relevant field
- An understanding of the importance of play, early years, child development and the EYFS
- The ability to keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality
- The ability to plan and deliver creches for children 0-5 years
- Experience of using IT packages including Google, Excel, Databases and AI.
