• Plan and lead fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Create and maintain daily and weekly lesson plans
• Provide attentive care and supervision for children
• Support children's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development
• Monitor developmental progress and milestones
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
• Work cooperatively with other staff members

• Childcare center experience REQUIRED
• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
