• Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed cost and labor estimates.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Solicit and evaluate trade partner proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare final contract estimates and support project award processes.
• Collaborate with Owners, Design Teams, and Project Management to deliver accurate preconstruction outcomes.

• 4+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong experience with quantity takeoffs and scope development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
