Construction Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager at our Richmond, VA location. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion, while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing budgets, and monitoring project controls to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects. The role requires collaboration with project stakeholders to meet client expectations and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage construction teams.
• Proficiency in Budgeting processes to support project cost management and financial planning.
• Expertise in Construction Safety to ensure all safety protocols and standards are enforced on-site.
• Solid understanding of Construction practices and principles, including project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience with Project Control to track progress, manage schedules, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in cleanroom or critical environment construction is a plus.
