This is a full-time, Commercial Field Superintendent role based in Richmond. The Field Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction operations, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing project timelines, resolving issues, maintaining quality standards, and upholding D & H Construction's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications- Proven experience in commercial construction management, supervision, and project coordination
- Knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, materials, and quality control practices
- Strong skills in time management, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with construction software and tools is a plus
- Capability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, Pro Core expeienrce and certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA and commit to full-time responsibilities
- Drivers license with a clean background.
- ability to pass background and screen to get on government or privately secured locations.
