Position: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - Violet
Responsibilities as a Construction Superintendent

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll successfully manage large multi-family new construction projects from start to finish with excellent communication and relationships with all subcontractors, architects, owners, coworkers, and inspectors.

• Create, manage, own, and maintain Look Ahead Schedules. You'll drive the Project to stay on or

ahead of schedule.

• Maintain all Project details, submittals, sequencing, all the project documentation and plans.

• Possess Company Core Values, promote to all Subcontractors, co-workers, etc. to promote and

contribute to our Culture.

• Be a strong leader of the Project and help develop Assistant Superintendents into strong

Superintendents.

• Drive the safety of the project and be proactive as opposed to reactive. Be 100% prepared for an

OSHA inspection at all times.

• Finish the project strong and smooth with a successful closeout and minimal punch list.
