This is a full-time, field-based position for a General Laborer supporting heavy civil and site development projects across active jobsites. This role is responsible for assisting with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting equipment operators and skilled trades. The General Laborer plays a critical role in maintaining safe, organized, and productive jobsites while contributing to the overall flow of work across crews and phases of construction.
By supporting daily operations and adapting to changing jobsite needs, this position helps ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
This position is best suited for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, with prior construction experience preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in physically demanding outdoor environments, can follow directions and safety procedures, and works effectively as part of a team. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
