Commercial Superintendent

Urban Core Construction seeks an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead large multi‑family construction projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and safety compliance.

• Manage and lead project teams, ensuring clear plans and expectations are understood.
• Oversee the project from start to finish, keeping schedule, budget, and quality standards met.
• Maintain safety compliance and preparedness for OSHA inspections.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, submittals, sequencing, and change orders.

• 5+ years of construction experience, including leading multi‑family projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with interpreting site plans and creating look‑ahead schedules.
• Experience in accurate project documentation and site management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to implement them.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train team members and trade partners.

• Annual salary $100,000 – $135,000, plus bonus.
