Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for the Best of the Best! Award-winning residential remodeling company Lane Homes & Remodeling is looking for a skilled, multi-talented individual for this Project Manager position. This person will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and serves as the representative for dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for all projects assigned
• Manage field crew and subcontractors’ schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure all subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work and negotiate as necessary
• Maintain and update the construction schedules for assigned projects in Builder Trend on a weekly basis
• Attend all pre-construction meetings for assigned projects
• Manage all aspects of the construction process
• Request labor support when needed and supervise their work
• Schedule all subcontractors
• Complete material takeoffs
• Manage projects to bring them in or under budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards to ensure client satisfaction

• In-depth knowledge of all phases of high-end residential remodeling
• Verifiable work history and professional appearance
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Able to analyze problems and strategize solutions
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of different trades
