Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 per year

• Manage all on‑site construction activities from project start through final completion
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short‑term work plans
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities
• Review construction documents, specifications, and project requirements
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with project stakeholders
• Monitor workforce productivity and project performance
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external partners
• Manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff

• Experience overseeing multifamily, mixed‑use, hospitality, commercial, or residential construction projects
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification
• Valid driver’s license
