Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 per year

- Manage all on‑site construction activities from project start through final completion
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and short‑term work plans
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities
- Review construction documents, specifications, and project requirements
- Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with project stakeholders
- Monitor workforce productivity and project performance
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external partners
- Manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff
- Experience overseeing multifamily, mixed‑use, hospitality, commercial, or residential construction projects
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver’s license
