- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Experience with healthcare construction projects
- Ability to manage projects ranging from $500K–$12M
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations
- Ability to maintain project schedule and enforce timelines
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents - Experience with project documentation and daily reporting
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Ability to lead daily site meetings and field coordination activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing multiple trades on active job sites
