• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Experience with healthcare construction projects
• Ability to manage projects ranging from $500K–$12M
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations
• Ability to maintain project schedule and enforce timelines
  
  Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience with project documentation and daily reporting
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Ability to lead daily site meetings and field coordination activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Experience managing multiple trades on active job sites
