We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator & Sr. Estimator to join a dynamic team in Richmond, VA
. This is an opportunity to be part of a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, education, healthcare, & multifamily construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. • Lead, train, and mentor estimators and preconstruction staff, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to align estimates with planned means, methods, and durations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers to improve coverage and pricing.

• Excel as our Junior or Senior Estimator and fast-track into VP of Estimating or higher
  — we've promoted top performers straight to C-suite roles.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to strategic bidding, client partnerships, and high‑stakes decisions that shape our multimillion‑dollar portfolio.
