We are looking for a highly motivated Superintendent Intern who is passionate about the construction process and eager to learn onsite.

- Work on jobsites and gain hands‑on experience on projects in a variety of industries, including commercial, industrial, distribution, office, multi‑family, entertainment, and more.
- Learn various skills from the Superintendent on the job, including creating schedules, communicating with subcontractors, running a project smoothly from start to finish, and working with the Superintendent on the jobsite.
- Make a meaningful contribution to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle.
- Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree programs.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Co‑op or internship construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing or walking for long periods, walking on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
