The Caton Companies is seeking a General Laborer for roadway projects in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves manual labor, operating hand and power tools, site preparation, and supporting foremen on site.
Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with overtime possible. Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; 2+ years of heavy highway experience preferred. Starting pay is negotiable based on skills and experience.
