Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced construction field superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate sub-trades daily for field operations on your assigned project.
- Complete construction tasks on an as-needed basis to keep the project on schedule; this includes door/hollow metal frame installation, door hardware, restroom hardware, minor drywall work, minor painting, light carpentry, and acoustical ceiling work.
- Coordinate inspections for the assigned project with city/county inspectors and ensure the sub-trades are ready for said inspections.
- Keep the project on schedule as provided by the Project Management team, maintaining open communication with the Project Manager on job schedule and any questions or issues that arise throughout the buildout/completion process.
