Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead heavy civil construction crews in the Northern Virginia and Richmond area.
The Foreman will uphold safety standards, manage daily field activities, and coordinate with subcontractors and utility owners to keep projects on schedule. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years as a Foreman, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
