Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of construction safety standards and jobsite procedures
• Detail-oriented approach to project execution and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
