Project Manager - Multifamily Job Description

  • Experience: Senior Level
  • Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Details
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations
  • Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar)
  • Ability to lead project meetings and maintain project reporting
  • Experience ensuring jobsite safety compliance and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
