A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support both project execution and preconstruction efforts on a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the Richmond area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in site development, utilities, earthwork, and roadway construction
.

• Manage projects from award through completion
• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, or both within heavy civil construction
• Background in site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Experience with takeoff, estimating, and project management software
