About the Role: Lead field operations, safety, and productivity for the Civil and Structural concrete scope of high-profile industrial construction projects — with a career path, not a start-and-stop assignment.
What You'll Lead
- Concrete pads, foundations, slabs, and equipment bases
- Structural supports and containment structures
- Grading, drainage, trenching, and underground utilities
- Self-perform crews and specialty civil subcontractors
- Daily coordination with engineering, OEMs, and commissioning teams
What You Bring
- 5+ years running civil/structural or concrete jobs
- Strong industrial concrete background preferred
- Solid site civil experience on power, energy, water/wastewater, or mission-critical (data center) projects
- Ability to manage tight-footprint, multi-discipline work fronts
