Superintendent - Commercial Construction

As the Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution across multiple projects. You will play a critical role in driving schedules, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Lead day-to-day onsite construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
• Develop, manage, and drive project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, or challenges
• Contribute to a collaborative project environment, supporting continuous improvement in scheduling and execution

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or ground-up construction
• Experience delivering projects such as self-storage, light commercial, multifamily, or similar asset classes
• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools
• Proven ability to drive project timelines and hold teams accountable to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to documentation and paperwork
• A team-oriented mindset with a modern, collaborative approach
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (though projects are largely local)
