Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction project's quality control measures, ensuring that the final products meet all the specifications and standards set by the company and the industry.

• Develop, implement, and manage the quality control and safety programs for all construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Review and approve all submittals and ensure that they comply with contract documents.
• Utilize Blue Beam, LEED, Procore and other project management software to maintain project schedule and monitor progress.
• Evaluate construction means and methods to ensure that they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Prepare and present quality control reports and performance metrics to the management team.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the team and on the job site.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the construction industry to improve quality control processes.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial general contracting experience is required.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, construction inspections, and submittal management.
• Proficiency in Blue Beam, LEED, Procore, and other project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certification in LEED, OSHA, or other relevant areas is a plus.
