Senior Electrical Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Centers

Senior Electrical Superintendent Position Overview We are recruiting an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale hyperscale data center projects valued up to $100M. This role is responsible for electrical construction from mobilization through commissioning and turnover, with a strong focus on safety, schedule, quality, manpower, and coordination. The ideal candidate has experience delivering complex electrical scopes within data center, pharmaceutical, or highly technical industrial environments, with hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred.

We are open to local and traveling candidates. Senior Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite electrical construction activities, including manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, installation, testing, and turnover.
• Manage complex medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including switch gear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, distribution equipment, and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, commissioning teams, general contractors, vendors, and other trades to maintain project milestones.
• Drive field productivity and develop short-term schedules, look-ahead plans, material requirements, and workforce projections for projects up to $100M.
• Ensure electrical installations meet project drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, quality standards, and commissioning expectations.
• Maintain a strong safety culture while proactively identifying field conflicts, schedule risks, constructability issues, and opportunities to improve execution.

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with significant field leadership experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Proven experience delivering complex electrical projects within data center, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, or technical industrial environments.
• Hyperscale data center construction experience strongly preferred, particularly on large, fast-track projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, backup power, grounding, controls, testing, commissioning, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and manage electrical scopes on projects valued up to $100M. Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, problem-solving, and trade coordination skills.
