• Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP systems installation and commissioning for data centre projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of MEP components.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent, preferably in data centre or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including installation and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and fire protection.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in MEP systems or project management are a plus.
