Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through final completion

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term work plans

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved

Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements

Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities

Review construction documents, specifications, and project requirements

Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with project stakeholders

Monitor workforce productivity and project performance

Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs

Lead project meetings and communicate progress to internal and external partners

Manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining schedule and budget objectives

Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff

Experience overseeing multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or residential construction projects

Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software

Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

OSHA 30 certification

Valid driver's license
