The Lawson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily activities at Refuge in Richmond, VA and other Lawson sites. You will lead on-site supervision across multiple trades, manage subcontractors, vendors, and Field Techs, and ensure project flow, schedule, and quality.
We value experience in commercial construction, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel between sites. A high school diploma is required along with OSHA-10 and Virginia RLD certification.
