We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission-critical and data center projects in Virginia
.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-profile builds with a company that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its people.

The Opportunity

• Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Drive installation of critical power infrastructure including switch gear, generators, transformers, UPS systems, feeders, and power distribution
  .
• Work alongside experienced field leadership to deliver technically challenging projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Play a key role in project strategy, problem-solving, and mentoring the next generation of project managers

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor
  .
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution.
• Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
