Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Richmond, VA

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Update existing learning curricula to reflect new content and branding guidelines.
- Create and refine facilitator guides to support instructor-led delivery.
- Build and update eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Apply adult learning principles to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
- Execute graphic design updates that align with established style standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and iterate on content.
Experience Requirements
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise for eLearning development.
- Mastery of Google Workspace for content collaboration and asset management.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic and visual design.
- Demonstrated graphic design capability and strong design aesthetic.
- Technical writing experience for learning content and facilitator materials.
- Adult learning expertise and application of instructional design best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for broad learner audiences.
- Financial services experience (preferred).
- Prior experience with the organization's environment and standards (preferred).
