The Virginia Lottery seeks a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Department as a key creative resource for visual communications across digital, print, and retail channels. The role involves developing brand-consistent creative assets including digital advertising, point-of-sale displays, signage, brochures, and promotional materials while managing high-volume production workloads and meeting aggressive deadlines. The position requires in-office work three days per week, including Tuesday and Wednesday.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency, or marketing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Expertise in design principles including typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling
- Ability to design and adapt creative assets for digital, print, retail, social media, email, and web channels
- Understanding of print specifications, file preparation, and production processes
