The Onsite Call Center Customer Service Representative handles inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing timely, professional, and accurate support. This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience while working from a designated call center location.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and/or place outbound calls in a high‑volume call center environment
- Assist customers with questions, service requests, and issue resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Follow call scripts, policies, and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer‑focused with the ability to remain calm and professional
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven call center
- Previous call center or customer service experience
