Research Marketing and Innovations is hiring a Client Support Specialist to support existing customers by entering and tracking orders, communicating order status, and coordinating internally to ensure accurate fulfillment. This is not a call-center role and is in‑office. Located at 2533 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond Va 23223
Pay: $20–$22/hour pending experience
Benefits:

Schedule:
Mon–Thu 8:00–5:00, Fri 8:00–4:30 (in‑office, Richmond, VA).
