• Enter and manage customer orders in our SAP CRM system with accuracy.
• Track orders through every stage, ensuring smooth completion.
• Respond to customer questions on orders, products, shipping, and returns via phone and email.
• Keep workflows efficient and error‑free.
• Build strong customer relationships with proactive, solution‑oriented communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong customer‑first mindset and positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Dependable transportation and punctuality.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person.

$20‑22/hour (based on experience)

• Lunch: 12:00 PM daily
