Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent
Location: Richmond, VA 23230
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $20.00 on W2
Job Description:
- The department is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist Vital Records customers with inquiries related to birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates.
- This role requires handling a high volume of calls, providing clear and accurate information, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- This role requires prior call center experience-general phone-based customer service experience alone is not sufficient.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
