Customer Service Rep

Position: Customer Service Rep (8am-4:30pm)

What You'll Be Doing


As a vital member of the service team, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and drivers, ensuring every delivery starts with a foundation of excellence.

• Answering calls and emails with compassion and accuracy to assist clients with their on-demand needs.
• Working alongside a collaborative team to maintain high service standards and manage essential documentation.
• Developing rapport with long-term clients and field drivers to ensure seamless communication.
• Providing insight and feedback to leadership to help exceed client expectations and refine internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm
• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal touch.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
