Research Marketing & Innovations (RMI) is seeking a versatile, motivated team member to support both our customers and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, communicating with customers, and contributing wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Position OverviewAssist existing customers via phone and email with pricing, product availability, and order‑related questions. Support estimating projects, manage data within company systems, assist with warehouse cycle counts, and provide general operational support as needed. This position offers exposure to both office and light warehouse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with pricing, availability, and order status
- Resolve order issues and provide timely problem resolution
- Support job estimates and quotation preparation
- Enter and manage data within CRM and ERP systems
- Follow up on open quotes and customer requests
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Provide cross‑functional support as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team‑oriented with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience in customer service, sales support, estimating, or inventory is helpful but not required
Salary commensurate with experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 120 hours PTO, and paid holidays.
