Insight Global is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to support one of our Virginia state clients, this will be onsite in the Richmond, VA area and a long term contract, with extensions.

What you’ll do:- Act as the bridge between business teams and IT—making sure nothing gets lost in translation
- Own requests from start to finish (intake, follow-up, resolution)
- Communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and keep stakeholders in the loop
- Jump into escalations, problem-solve, and drive things forward
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Outgoing, confident communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
- Customer-first mindset—you care about delivering a great experience
- Organized and proactive—you follow up, follow through, and don’t drop the ball
- Adaptable and positive in fast-moving environments
- Someone who takes ownership and brings solutions, not just problems
- 3-5 years of experience in related IT focused and/or customer coordinator role
- Experience coordinating requests, working with stakeholders, or supporting service delivery
- Exposure to IT environments is helpful, but personality and communication matter most
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
